3. Use of Platform
- a) You agree not to misuse our website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- b) You shall not attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the functionality of the site.
4. Donations
- a) All donations made to the organization are voluntary and used for charitable and religious purposes.
- b) A donation receipt will be provided for all valid transactions.
- c) Donations are exempted under applicable sections of the Income Tax Act (if and when applicable). Currently, no tax exemptions (12A/80G) are being claimed unless otherwise mentioned.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bihar.
